摘要
目的观察偏头痛发作期患者少阳经五输穴、原穴、郄穴红外热像图改变。方法将35例偏头痛发作期患者作为研究组,35名正常人作为正常组。观察两组少阳经五输穴、原穴、郄穴红外热像图,并对分析软件得出相关经穴温度值进行比较。结果研究组手少阳三焦经五输穴中渚、原穴阳池、郄穴会宗温差值TΔ较正常组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组关冲、液门、天井温差值TΔ与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组足少阳胆经五输穴侠溪、足临泣、阳陵泉,原穴丘墟,郄穴外丘温差值TΔ较正常组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组足窍阴、阳辅温差值TΔ与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论偏头痛发作期患者少阳经部分五输穴(中渚、侠溪、足临泣、阳陵泉)、原穴(阳池、丘墟)、郄穴(会宗、外丘)红外热像图发生改变,其余五输穴(关冲、液门、天井、足窍阴、阳辅)不存在上述现象,从红外角度提示了经穴效应存在特异性。
Objective To observe the changes of infrared imaging of the five Shu-transference,Yuan-primary and Xi-cleft points of Shaoyang meridians in patients during migraine attacks.Method Thirty-five patients during migraine attacks were taken as the research group,with another 35 healthy subjects as the normal group.The infrared imaging of the five Shu-transference,Yuan-primary and Xi-cleft points of Shaoyang meridians was observed in the two groups and the pertinent acupoint temperature readings were compared using analytic software.Result The temperature differences at the five Shu-transference point Zhongzhu(TE3),Yuan-primary point Yangchi(TE4)and Xi-cleft point Huizong(TE7)of Triple Energizer Meridian of Hand Shaoyang were more significant in the research group than in the normal group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the temperature differences at Guanchong(TE1),Yemen(TE2)and Tianjing(TE10)between the research group and the normal group(P>0.05).The temperature differences at the five Shu-transference points Xiaxi(GB43),Zulinqi(GB41)and Yanglingquan(GB34),Yuan-primary point Qiuxu(GB40)and Xi-cleft point Waiqiu(GB36)of Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang were more significant in the research group than in the normal group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the temperature differences at Zuqiaoyin(GB44)and Yangfu(GB38)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion During migraine attacks,some of the five Shu-transference points(Zhongzhu,Xiaxi,Zulinqi and Yanglingquan),Yuan-primary points(Yangchi and Qiuxu)and Xi-cleft points(Huizong and Waiqiu)of Shaoyang meridians will show changes in infrared thermal imaging,while it doesn’t apply to the rest five Shu-transference points(Guanchong,Yemen,Tianjing,Zuqiaoyin and Yangfu),suggesting the specificity in acupoint effect from the perspective of infrared thermography.
