摘要
利用光学显微镜、电子显微镜、X射线元素分析对中密度纤维板表面白色缺陷处观察分析,同时对比生产原料树种,确定了缺陷来源。通过控制原料收购和增加削片工序对树种的分检以消除缺陷,保证了产品表面质量。
Using optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,and energy dispersive spectrum analysis to observe and analyze the white defects on the surface of the MDF,and compared the production raw material tree species to determine the source of the defects.By controlling the purchase of raw materials and increasing the sorting of tree species in the chipping process,defects were eliminated and the surface quality of the product was guaranteed.
