The traditional structure and working conditions of the driving roller that was the key part of the continuous flat hot press steaming system were analyzed.The constraints of its operation life,and optimized its material,structure and manufacturing process according to the test data and stress analysis were expounded;so as to extend the operation life of the driving roller and improve the quality level of the steaming system.
