摘要
采用Mott-Schottky曲线测试技术研究了Fe24Mn4Al5Cr合金在1 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液中经15 min、1 h和5 h钝化处理后钝化膜的电子特性.研究结果表明:Fe24Mn4Al5Cr合金在1 mol/L Na_(2)SO_(4)溶液中形成的钝化膜具有n-p型半导体特征.随着钝化时间由15 min增加至5 h,钝化膜的施主浓度ND由2.79×10^(21)cm^(-3)降至1.81×10^(21)cm^(-3),受主浓度NA由2.35×10^(21)cm^(-3)降至1.54×10^(21)cm^(-3),平带电位E_(fb)由-362 mV降至-414 mV,钝化膜的致密性增加.
Electronic characteristics of passivation film of Fe24Mn4Al5Cr alloy were studied by using the measurement of Mott-Schottky curves.The passive film formed on Fe24Mn4Al5Cr alloy in 1 mol/L Na2SO4 solution has the characteristics of n-p type semiconductor.As the anodic aging time is increased from 15 min to 5 h,the donor densities ND is decreased from 2.791×1021 cm^(-3) to 1.811×1021 cm^(-3).The acceptor densities NA is decreased from 2.351×10^(21)cm^(-3) to 1.541×10^(21)cm^(-3),and the flat band potential E_(fb) is decreased from-362 mV to-414 mV,respectively.
