非遗视角下闽台职业教育交流合作影响因素 被引量:1

Influencing Factors of Fujian-Taiwan Vocational Education Exchange and Cooperation From the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage

摘要 非遗教育是现代大学的新使命。通过运用扎根理论,探究闽台非遗职业教育交流合作影响因素及内在机理,研究发现主体因素(闽台双方办学模式、办学体制和教学方式)、耦合因素(文化耦合、沟通渠道和合作经历)以及环境因素(政治环境、社会环境、文化环境和经济环境)三大因素相互作用,相互影响。可从顶层设计优化环境、产教融合拓宽合作渠道、理实融合提升合作质量等方面来确保交流合作顺利进行。 Intangible cultural heritage education is the new mission of modern universities. Using grounded theory, this paper explores the influencing factors and internal mechanism of intangible cultural heritage vocational education exchange and cooperation in Fujian and Taiwan. It is found that the main factors(school-running system,school-running model and teaching methods), the coupling factors(cultural coupling, communication channels and cooperation experience) and the environmental factors(political environment, social environment, cultural environment and economic environment) interact and influence each other. It is proposed to optimize the environment from the top level design, broaden the cooperation from the integration of industry and education, and improve the quality of cooperation which integrate theory and practice. These measures can ensure the smooth progress of the exchange and cooperation of Fujian and Taiwan intangible cultural heritage vocational education.
