摘要
构建"专创融合"的创新创业人才培养模式是培养新时代所需的创新创业型人才的必要改革。家具艺术设计专业"专创融合"培养模式将通过构建"专业、职业、产业、就业、创业相互衔接"的"五业贯通"的人才培养模式、重构"专创融合"课程体系、共建校企"专创融合"核心实践体系以及建设"专创导师"制的师资队伍等方面进行改革实践,旨在为转型升级需求下的家具产业培养更多的创新型专业人才。
It is a necessary reform to construct the innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode of "specialty innovation integration". The training mode of "specialty innovation integration" of furniture art design major will be framed through the talent training mode of "five industries in one" which includes specialty, occupation, industry, employment and entrepreneurship. The curriculum of "specialty innovation integration" will therefore be reconstructed. Aiming at cultivating more innovative talents, reforms will be carried out in the fields of college-enterprise collaboration and the related faculty training.
