摘要
严格教师的培养流程和准入制度,规范企业培训师的资格审查,实行严格的教师再进修制度,是德国双元制教育中高水平专业教学团队建设的有力保障。基于德国双元制教育的"双师型"教学创新团队建设应通过建立校企人员双向交流协作共同体、协同培育产教融合背景下的专兼教学团队、构建能力互补的教学创新团队、健全教学创新团队的协作机制等策略,切实提升高职院校"双师型"教学团队的水平和质量。
Strict training process and admittance system of teachers, standardized qualification examination of enterprise trainers and strict teacher re-education system are the powerful guarantee for the construction of high-level professional teaching team in German dual system education. The construction of "double-qualified" teaching innovation team based on German dual system education should effectively improve the level and quality of "double qualified" teaching team in Higher Vocational Colleges by establishing a two-way communication and cooperation community between school and enterprise personnel, cultivating a full-time and part-time teaching team under the background of integration of production and education, building a teaching innovation team with complementary ability, and improving the cooperation mechanism of the team.
