我国职业教育推行“分类培养”的现实需求与实施路径研究

摘要 自《中华人民共和国职业教育法》1996年颁布以来,我国职业教育经历了二十多年的发展历程,取得了巨大成就。当前职业教育正面临招生多元化、生源参差不齐的问题,为提升职业教育办学水平和人才培养质量,应探索实施"分类培养"模式。"分类培养"有利于满足培养对象的个性需求,促进产教深度融合,推动经济社会健康发展。具体可从培养对象合理分流、构建和完善分类教学体系、提升职业教育"三教"水准等方面探索实施"分类培养";从深化产教融合、吸纳社会资源、加强政策引领、完善制度体系、强化监管等方面保障"分类培养"的实施,推动我国职业教育行稳致远。 Since the promulgation of the "Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China" in 1996, our country’s vocational education has developed more than 20 years and has made great achievements. The current vocational education is facing the problem of diversified enrollment and uneven source of students. In order to improve the level of vocational education and the quality of talent training, explore and implement the "Classified Training" model. "Classified Training" is conducive to meeting the individual needs of the training objects, promoting the deep integration of production and education, and promoting the healthy development of economic society. Specifically, it explores and implements "Classified Training" from the rational distribution of training objects, constructing and perfecting a classified teaching system, and improving the level of "Three Concerns"(teacher education, textbook development and pedagogical research) in vocational education: from deepening the integration of production and education, absorbing social resources, strengthening policy guidance, perfecting the institutional system, and strengthening Supervision and other aspects guarantee the implementation of "Classified Training" and promote the steady and long-term development of vocational education in our country.
