摘要
为获得性能更加优异的金属材料,从而使得金属类物质的质量水平得到稳定提升,满足专业化与多样化的金属实用需求,针对金属材料热处理形变的影响因素及相关预防措施展开研究。从热处理金属材料的形变影响因素入手,分析金属材料结构体的应用稳定性。在此基础上,增设热变形预处理环节,一方面优化现有的金属材料淬火处理工艺,另一方面完善并更新原有的金属型材冷却方式,完成金属材料的热处理形变控制技术研究。在实施热处理形变工艺前,做好充分的准备工作,按照科学应用淬火工艺、有效选择冷却方法、改变夹持方式的操作步骤,确定预防金属材料热处理形变的各项有效措施。
In order to obtain more excellent metal materials,the quality level of metal materials can be improved steadily,and the practical needs of specialized and diversified metals can be met.The influencing factors and preventive measures of heat treatment deformation of metal materials are studied.Based on the influence factors of deformation of heat treated metal materials,the application stability of metal structure is analyzed.On this basis,the heat deformation pretreatment is added,on the one hand,the existing quenching process of metal materials is optimized,on the other hand,the original cooling mode of metal profile is improved and updated,and the deformation control technology of heat treatment of metal materials is studied.At the implementation site The effective measures to prevent the deformation of metal materials by heat treatment are determined according to the operation steps of scientific application of quenching process,effective selection of cooling method and change of clamping mode.
