摘要
利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪绘制重金属标准曲线,取废水样采用微波消解法消解水样,测定方法检出限、测定下限、加标回收率及实际样品,对标准《水质32种元素的测定电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法》(HJ 776-2015)进行方法确认,微波消解法测定废水中重金属具有良好的重现性和精密度,对提高废水中痕量金属元素测定的准确度具有重要的意义。
The standard curve of heavy metals was drawn by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The waste water samples were digested by microwave digestion method.The detection limit,determination limit,recovery rate and actual samples were determined.The method of the standard"determination of 32 elements in water quality by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry"(HJ 776-2015)was confirmed,Microwave digestion method for the determination of heavy metals in wastewater has good reproducibility and precision,which is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the determination of trace metal elements in wastewater.
