介绍了辽宁中车轨道交通装备有限公司与鞍山师范学院共同开发的锌白铜多组分除垢合金及除垢器的生产方法,提出了原料准备、打炉、内衬熔燃、吹氩熔炼、精准热处理等关键工序的控制参数,并进一步提出将锌白铜除垢合金制成喘流孔板后组装制成除垢器设备等关键生产技术,应用于冶金、化工、发电行业,收到良好效果。

This paper introduces the production method of zinc white copper multi-component descaling alloy and descaler jointly developed by Liaoning CRRC Rail Transit Equipment Co.,Ltd.and Anshan Normal University,and puts forward the control parameters of key processes such as raw material preparation,furnace beating,lining melting and combustion,argon blowing smelting,precise heat treatment,etc,Furthermore,the key production technologies such as using zinc white copper descaling alloy to make surge orifice plate and then assembling it to make descaling equipment are put forward,which are applied in metallurgy,chemical industry and power generation industry,and good results are obtained.
