球磨机设备在我国部分工程制造、矿物质开采以及冶金行业都在广泛应用,这类磨矿设备具有较高的实用性,并且这类设备在生产的过程中内部结构较为简单,而其内部的主要结构件当中的齿轮极易出现磨损和破坏,受到球磨机设备维修人员的充分重视。大多数球磨机当中的齿轮正常使用寿命维持在6~10年左右,由于设备在正常的工作过程中,齿轮难免会收到不同程度的磨损。所以,越来越多的维修人员对齿轮防损工作进行探究,分析设备正常运行过程中,制定相应科学有效的手段降低齿轮在持续运行过程中有效避免磨损的手段。本文以球磨机齿轮磨损的原因进行分析,探究原因发生的具体位置,再根据问题的发生原因,制定出科学有效的防损预案,做好相应的维护保养工作,为我国球磨机的使用管理人员提供数据参考。

Ball mill equipment is widely used in some engineering manufacturing,mineral mining and metallurgical industries in China.This kind of grinding equipment has high practicability,and the internal structure of this kind of equipment is relatively simple in the production process,and the gears in the main structural parts are easy to be worn and damaged,which is fully valued by the maintenance personnel of ball mill equipment.The normal service life of gears in most ball mills is about 6~10 years.Due to the normal working process of the equipment,the gears will inevitably receive different degrees of wear.Therefore,more and more maintenance personnel explore the gear loss prevention work,analyze the normal operation process of the equipment,and formulate corresponding scientific and effective means to reduce the gear wear in the continuous operation process.This paper analyzes the causes of ball mill gear wear,explores the specific location of the causes,and then according to the causes of the problem,formulates a scientific and effective loss prevention plan,completes the corresponding maintenance work,and provides data reference for the use and management personnel of ball mill in China.
