火电厂湿法脱硫运行经济性分析探讨

摘要 焦作韩电发电有限公司装机容量2×50MW,锅炉为2×240t循环流化床炉,负责河南省武陟县的工业及居民采暖供热。为响应国家环保超低排放要求,将原脱硫工艺改为炉外石灰石湿法脱硫工艺。改造后烟气二氧化硫排放浓度≤35mg/Nm^3,且脱硫钙硫摩尔比逐年降低,脱硫耗原水大幅下降,副产物石膏回收率也逐步增加。 The installed capacity of Jiaozuo Handian Power Generation Co.,Ltd.is 2×50MW,boiler 2×The 240t CFB boiler is responsible for the industrial and residential heating in Wuzhi County,Henan Province.In response to the national environmental protection ultra-low emission requirements,the original desulfurization process was changed to wet limestone desulfurization process outside the furnace.After the transformation,the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas reaches≤35mg/Nm^3,and the molar ratio of calcium to sulfur in desulfurization decreases year by year,the raw water consumption of desulfurization decreases greatly,and the recovery rate of by-product gypsum increases gradually.
