摘要
为切实做好矿山生态环境恢复治理试点示范工程建设,发挥试点工程的示范效益,重点围绕工程治理大气环境改善、植被恢复、矸石治理及工程管理方面,开展矿山生态环境恢复治理试点示范工程绩效评价工作,切实增强试点示范工程建设成效,充分发挥试点示范工程示范效应。通过施工前、工程实施后区域生态环境调查、实测等,进行示范工程建设的绩效评价,全面掌握本试点示范工程治理绩效水平。
A pilot Demonstration Project of Ecological Environment Restoration and Governance of a Waste Rock Field using on the improvement of the atmospheric environment of the project,vegetation restoration,gangue treatment and project management.Performance evaluation work,effectively enhance the construction effect of pilot demonstration projects,and give full play to the demonstration effect of pilot demonstration projects.Through the regional ecological environment survey and actual measurement before and after the project implementation,the performance evaluation of the demonstration project construction is carried out to fully grasp the governance performance level of this pilot demonstration project.
