本文以工信部节能诊断政策要求为基础,通过总结电子行业节能减排面临问题,分析电子行业能源利用特性,运用节能诊断技术方法,确定电子行业节能诊断实施的工作基础,提炼电子行业节能诊断实施的重点内容,用于指导电子行业实施节能诊断。

Based on the energy-saving diagnosis policy requirements of the Ministry of industry and information technology,this paper summarizes the energy-saving and emission reduction problems faced by the electronic industry,analyzes the energy utilization characteristics of the electronic industry,uses the energy-saving diagnosis technology method,determines the work basis of the implementation of energy-saving diagnosis in the electronic industry,and refines the key content of the implementation of energy-saving diagnosis in the electronic industry,so as to guide the implementation of energy-saving diagnosis in the electronic industry.
