摘要
化学合成制药废水是制药工业废水的主要来源之一,废水中的难降解有机物给水生环境带来严重威胁。如不能有效去除,这些毒性有机物将富集于水体或生物体,并通过食物链的放大作用增加毒性浓度,从而对水生环境或生物体造成长期性的累积危害,影响环境质量。鉴于此,本文以浙江海力生制药企业为例,分析"三维电解+水解酸化+ABR+SBR+沉淀"工艺优化在化学合成制药生产中去除难降解有机物的应用效果,旨在为进一步的工艺改进提供技术支撑。
Chemical synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater is one of the main sources of pharmaceutical wastewater.The refractory organic compounds in the wastewater pose a serious threat to the aquatic environment.If it can not be removed effectively,these toxic organics will accumulate in water or organisms,and increase the toxic concentration through the amplification of the food chain,thus causing long-term cumulative harm to the aquatic environment or organisms and affecting the environmental quality.In view of this,this paper analyzes the application effect of"three-dimensional electrolysis+hydrolysis acidification+ABR+SBR+precipitation"process optimization in the removal of refractory organic compounds in the production of chemical synthetic pharmacy,taking Zhejiang Heinrich pharmaceutical enterprise as an example,in order to provide technical support for further process improvement.
