摘要 本文针对目前燃煤机组常规低温省煤器存在的因磨损、腐蚀等造成的泄漏问题,探讨了基于重力热管换热技术的新型低温省煤器的可行性。通过对新型重力热管低温省煤器在江西某660MW燃煤机组的低温省煤器改造应用进行研究分析,结果显示其防泄漏和降温效果均满足预期要求。应用重力热管低温省煤器在提高机组稳定性、安全性及经济性有显著优势,可以为燃煤发电机组传统低温省煤器的升级改造方案选择提供了有益的借鉴。 The leakage problem of the conventional shell&shell low-temperature economizer caused by wear and corrosion is a big threat to the power unit operation.In a 660MW coal-fired power plant in Jiangxi Province,a new type of low-temperature economizer is developed and designed based on the thermosyphon heat exchange technology.Through analysis and research,the thermosyphon low temperature economizer has been applied on this power unit,And the application results show that its anti-leakage and cooling effect meet the project requirements.The application of thermosyphon low temperature economizer has significant advantages in improving the stability,safety and economy of the power unit,which provides a useful reference for upgrading the traditional low-temperature economizer of coal-fired generating units.
