新型拉矫机降噪除尘装置设计原理及应用研究

摘要 拉矫机运行噪声污染严重,且产生的铁粉尘也影响带钢表面质量,需对拉矫机采取降噪和除尘措施,而拉矫机降噪和除尘措施协作中各自功能无法有效发挥,为解决该矛盾,设计出一种新型拉矫机降噪除尘装置,实现拉矫机的降噪和除尘措施的优化协作,达到拉矫机降噪同时有效除尘目的。 The operating noise pollution of Tension leveller is serious,and the iron dust also affects the surface quality of strip steel.It is necessary for tension leveller to take noise reduction and dust removal measures,but which can not be effectively played in the cooperation.In order to solve this contradiction,a new type of noise reduction and dust removal device for tension leveller is designed to realize the optimization cooperation of noise reduction and dust removal,and achieve the purpose of effective noise reduction and dust removal.
