摘要
分析了当前高校实验室危化试剂管理的现状,针对现存危化试剂管理系统存在的问题,设计一种实验室危化试剂智能存储柜系统。分别在系统整体方案、智能柜柜体、云服务器、客户端等方面,对主控制器、柜体控制器、窄带物联网(NB-IOT)通信模组、称重模块的硬件设计进行了详细的分析。系统创新性地将危化试剂智能存储柜与危化试剂管理信息系统相结合,可以自动监控试剂取用的全过程,减少了管理人员的工作强度和人为因素的介入,可追溯性、实时性、准确性得到了保障。通过系统测试和实际应用,证明系统稳定可靠,实现了危化试剂的安全管理。
This paper analyzes the current situation of hazardous chemicals management in university laboratories, and finds out the problems existing in the existing management system of hazardous chemicals, and designs an intelligent storage cabinet system for hazardous chemicals in university laboratories. The overall scheme of the system, intelligent cabinet, cloud server, client, especially the hardware of main controller, cabinet controller, NB-IOT communication module and weighing module are introduced in detail. The system innovatively combines the intelligent storage cabinet of hazardous chemicals with the management information system of hazardous chemicals, which can automatically monitor the whole process of reagent taking, reduce the work intensity of management personnel and the intervention of human factors. The traceability, real-time and accuracy of the system are guaranteed. Through the system test and practical application, it is proved that the system is stable and reliable, and the safety management of hazardous chemicals is realized.
