摘要 随着世界新一轮技术革命和工业变革浪潮的发展,创新已成为国家发展战略的强大动力。社会对优秀工程人才的需求尤为迫切。为提高未来工程师的核心竞争力,电子科技大学进行了一系列课程改革,包括创新的个性化实验,建设虚拟实验室,对课程重新配置和打造具有国际视野的合作平台。为了提高教师授课的效率和质量,引入了反思性教学。此外,还增加了创新性实验,以增强学生理论联系实践的能力,并提高学生之间的团队合作能力。为了加深学生对电子电路基础课程的理解,打破传统实验室的教学瓶颈,建设了虚拟实验室,使具有创新性的实验教学落到实处;而基于校企合作项目设计的多路径创新课程有利于提高学生的职业素养和解决工程问题的能力。总而言之,国际视野平台可以有效地增强学校的影响力,而以质量为导向的课程和出色的教师能力有助于提升学生的个性化发展。 With the new round of technological revolution in the world and the tide of industrial changes, innovation has become a strong driving force for national development strategy. The society’s demand for excellent engineering talents is particularly urgent currently. Therefore, aiming at improving the core competitiveness of future engineers, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(UESTC) has carried out a series of curriculum redesign, including innovative individual experiments, virtual laboratories, course reconfiguration and international vision platform. Firstly, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of teachers’ lectures, we have carried out an in-depth reflective teaching;then, innovative individual experiments have been carried to enhance students’ understanding the link of theory and practice and improve team skills among students;in order to deepen students’ understanding of the courses "Electronic Circuit Foundation" and break the bottleneck of traditional laboratories, the construction of virtual laboratory makes innovative experimental teaching possible;through school-enterprise cooperation projects, multi-path innovative courses are conducive to improving students’ ability to solve engineering problems and cultivating professional quality;finally, international vision platform can effectively strengthen the influence of UESTC. As a result, the quality-oriented courses and excellent ability of teachers help to improve the personalized development of students.
