开展现役军人教育培训 服务军民融合发展

Implementing Education and Training for Active Servicemen and Serving the Development of Civil Military Integration

为了贯彻《国家职业教育改革实施方案》关于军队职业教育和现役军人的教育培训的政策要求,提高空军后勤保障技术人员的业务水平,自2019年起,由江苏建筑职业技术学院承接军用机场供电专业技术骨干综合技术技能培训任务。培训团队从学员的学历、年龄、职业资格证和工作年限等几个方面进行学情分析,搭建了以培训目标、培训教学内容、实训基地、师资队伍、教学方法、培训考核与质量保障等为基础的教育培训平台,保障高质量完成培训教学任务。

In order to implement the policy requirements of the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform on vocational education of the army and the education and training of active servicemen,and improve the professional level of air force logistics support technical personnel,Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology undertook the comprehensive technical skill training task of military airport power supply professional technical backbone from 2019.The training team analyzed the learning situation from the aspects of students'educational background,age,professional qualification certificate and working years,and built an education and training platform based on training objectives,training plans,training bases,teaching staff,teaching methods,training assessment and quality assurance,so as to ensure the completion of training and teaching tasks with high quality.
