新型冠状病毒性肺炎患者样本实验室预处理和安全防护策略的探讨

摘要 新型冠状病毒性肺炎(COVID-19)的精准诊断有助于及时的救治和疾控方案的制定;机体效应细胞和分子的准确鉴定和解析有助于阐明疾病的发生和发展机理,为预防、诊断和治疗提供理论依据。患者样本的正确处理是确保诊断的准确性和实验数据可靠性的先决条件;环境和人员的生物安全是完成样本处置的基本要求。在物质和人员培训缺乏充分准备的情况下,操作者心理和工作的高负荷容易带来操作失误和安全漏洞。针对这次疫情中患者样本收集、转运和预处理的问题经验教训,结合生物安全的相关规定,整理在3级生物安全防护下样本处理的,并对部分程序提出修改的建议,以进一步提高实验工作质量和安全保障。 Precision diagnosis is the key of disease treatment and control of pathogen transmission;Identification of cells and molecules associated with the disease progression and recovery helps understanding pathogenesis and developing diagnosis, treatment, and prevention approaches. Both depend on information derived from specimen of the patients. Properly handling and processing tissue samples ensure quality and accuracy of information from the specimens. Appropriate personal protection and waste management guaranteesafety of lab technicians and environment. In response to the outbreak of coronavirus disease 19(COVID-19), lab technicians were under great pressure from the rapidly mounted work load and stress from dealing with the deadly viral pathogen without sufficient preparation of supplies and training. Here, we share experience on collection, transportation, and process of Covid-19 specimens for improving safety control and providing better support to research and clinical practice.
