Keeping Integrity and Bringing Forth New Ideas:The Historical Evolution of CCP's Thought on Green Development

新中国成立后,以毛泽东、周恩来等为代表的中国共产党人提出了综合发展观,萌发了绿色发展思想;改革开放后,以邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛为代表的中国共产党人分别提出协调发展理念、可持续发展战略和科学发展观,有力促进了绿色发展思想的发展成熟;进入新时代,以习近平为核心的中国共产党人提出了绿色发展理念,谱绘了生态文明建设蓝图,深化提升了绿色发展思想。中国共产党绿色发展思想的历史演进,既是绿色发展从边缘到中心、从片面到全面、从离散到聚合的嬗变过程,也是我国历史逻辑、现实逻辑、理论逻辑与实践逻辑辩证统一的一个具体体现。

After the founding of new China,the Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai,put forward the comprehensive development concept and firstly germinated the green development thought.After the reform and opening up,three generations of Chinese Communists,represented by Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao,put forward the concepts of coordinated development,sustainable development and scientific development respectively,which had effectively promoted the growth and maturity of green development thought.In China's new era,the Chinese Communists represented by Xi Jinping formally put forward the concept of green development and drew a blueprint for the construction of ecological civilization,which deepened the idea of green development.The historical evolution of the Chinese Communist Party's thought on green development is not only an evolution of green development from the edge to the center,from being lopsided to comprehensive and from discrete to aggregation,but also a concrete embodiment of the dialectical unity of China's historical logic,reality logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.
