中文纳入法国国民教育体系现状、动因、挑战与对策

The Current Situation, Motivation, Challenge and Countermeasure of Chinese Integration into French National Education System

中文纳入海外各国国民教育体系是中文国际传播的重要组成部分,是实现中文从"走出去"到"走进去"的重要步骤,对提高中文国际地位和影响力具有重要作用。法国是较早将中文纳入国民教育体系的欧洲国家。研究发现,在汉学历史、政策支持、经济交往、人文互动的共同驱动下,中文纳入法国国民教育体系持续向好发展。中文纳入法国国民教育体系的发展仍然面临阶段发展不均衡、教学资源不充足和教学环境复杂的挑战。基于此,提出促进体系内中文教育的均衡发展、加强中法双方中文教育协调配合、重视法国国别化教师的培养、发挥孔子学院的辅助作用、开发利用国别化线上资源的对策,以期为中文在法国国民教育体系的可持续发展提供新思路。

The integration of Chinese language into the national education system of overseas countries is an important part of the international communication of Chinese,an important step to realize the transformation of Chinese language from "go out" and then to "go in",and plays an important role in improving the international status and influence of Chinese. France is one of the European countries that introduced Chinese into its national education system at an early stage. The research finds that driven by the history of Sinology, policy support,economic exchanges and cultural interaction, the integration of Chinese language into the national education system of France is developing steadily. The integration of Chinese into the French national education system is still confronted with challenges such as uneven stage development,insufficient teaching resources and complicated teaching environment. Under this situation,it is suggested to promote the balanced development of Chinese language education in the system,strengthen the coordination and cooperation of Chinese language education between China and France,attach importance to local teachers’ training in France,explore the supporting function of Confucius Institutes/Classrooms,and develop specific online resouces for various countries and regions. It is hoped that the research may provide new ideas for the sustainable development of Chinese language education in French national education system.
