西班牙中文教育发展现状与前瞻

The Current Situation and Prospective Research of Chinese Language Education in Spain

西班牙基础教育阶段和高等教育阶段的中文教育区域性发展特征逐渐显现,各所孔子学院因地制宜,积极探索服务当地需求的特色化发展模式。然而,从整体发展情况来看,西班牙中文教育的本土化程度还有待提升。应进一步发挥西班牙当地政府和教育部门在中文教育发展中的主导作用,加快中文纳入国民教育体系进程;应构建当地政府部门、高校、孔子学院和企业四位一体的培养模式,完善本土中文师资培养体系;应继续保持与汉学领域的有效联通,充分发挥当地"介质受众"的影响力;应重视当地民间机构对中文教育的助推作用,孔子学院、华文学校和中文教育非政府组织多方联动,形成发展合力,构建西班牙中文教育本土化、多元化的可持续发展模式。

The regional characteristics of Chinese language education have gradually emerged in the basic education and higher education stages in Spain. All the Confucius Institutes in this area are actively exploring the characteristic development models in order to serve local needs in accordance with local conditions. However,from the perspective of overall development, the localization of Chinese language education in Spain needs to be further improved. This paper proposes:the Spanish local government and education departments should play a leading role in the development of Chinese language education and should accelerate the process of integrating Chinese language into Spanish national education system;local governments,universities,Confucius Institutes and enterprises should establish the "four-in-one" training model to improve the training system of local Chinese language teachers;effective connection with Sinologists should be kept to give full play to the influence of these "local medium";attention should be focused on the role of local non-governmental organizations in promoting Chinese education;and Confucius Institutes,Chinese schools and NGOs related to Chinese language education may collaborate to form a joint development force and build a sustainable development model for the localization and diversification of Chinese language education in Spain.
