教师思想政治素养测评的理论框架:指标、观测点与关键性品性表现 被引量:6

Theoretical Framework of the Evaluation of Teachers’ Ideological and Political Quality: Indicators, Observation Points and Critical Performance

摘要 教师思想政治素养的测评指标包括理想信念、爱国精神、政治素养、法治意识。四个测评指标的测评观测点分别为:"学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想""树立共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想""坚定‘四个自信’";"爱国""爱党""爱人民";"对党的政治认同""对中国特色社会主义的政治认同";"尊法、学法""守法、用法"。通过对每个测评观测点的分析,凝炼出教师思想政治素养测评的23个关键性品性表现。 The evaluation indicators of teachers’ ideological and political quality include ideal and belief,patriotic spirit, political quality and legal awareness. The observation points include studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,establishing the great ideal of Communism and the common ideal of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,staying confident in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics;love for the country,the Party,and the people;political identity with the Party and with Socialism with Chinese characteristics;respecting,learning about,observing,and applying the law. Through analyzing each observation point,this paper summarizes 23 critical performance indicators on teachers’ ideological and political quality.
