内陆开放型经济条件下贵州现代产业技术率的测度

The Measurement of Guizhou Modern Industrial Technology Rate under the Condition of Inland Open Economy

文章基于贵州内陆开放型经济试验区建设要求,通过分析贵州现代产业体系的技术进步现状,采用DEA-Malmquist方法,从现代农业、现代工业、现代服务业、高技术产业四个方面对2011—2019年贵州现代产业的技术效率进行了测度。研究发现:随着贵州内陆开放型经济试验区建设的深入推进,贵州现代产业技术效率得到了快速发展,但也存在结构性问题;从纵向的发展趋势看,贵州现代农业、现代工业、现代服务业、高技术产业的全要素生产率均呈现出较为明显的波浪式发展趋势;从横向比较来看,贵州现代农业、现代工业、现代服务业、高技术产业的技术效率表现不一,但高技术产业的发展趋势良好,各技术指标均高于全国平均水平。

Based on the construction requirements of Guizhou inland opening-up pilot economic zone and analysis of the status quo of technological progress of modern industrial system in Guizhou,the article adopts the DEA-Malmquist method to measure the technical efficiency of Guizhou′s modern industry from four aspects of modern agriculture,modern industry,modern service industry,and high-tech industry from 2011 to 2019.The study found that with the further development of the Guizhou inland opening-up pilot economic zone,the technical efficiency of modern industries in Guizhou has developed rapidly,but there are also structural issues.From the perspective of the vertical development trend,the total factor productivity of modern agriculture,modern industry,modern service industry,and high-tech industry in Guizhou has shown a relatively obvious wave-like development trend.From a horizontal comparison point of view,the technical efficiency of Guizhou′s modern agriculture,modern industry,modern service industry,and high-tech industries different,but the development trend of high-tech industries is good,and the technical indicators are all higher than the national average level.
