民营银行经营效率影响因素的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Factors Affecting the Operation Efficiency of Private Banks

研究运用DEA方法测算我国15家民营银行2017—2019年经营效率,对民营银行进行分类并采用Tobit模型分析民营银行经营效率的影响因素,发现互联网银行经营效率最高,特定区域传统银行经营效率居中,类互联网银行整体经营效率最低。效率影响因素中,现阶段抗风险能力对民营银行经营效率无显著影响;业务创新能力与民营银行经营效率呈负相关;盈利能力、资金配置能力、内部控制能力、金融科技实力与民营银行经营效率呈正相关。民营银行坚持特色经营、增强管理能力、提升内控水平、强化风险防控可促进其健康发展。

This paper applied DEA method to calculating the operational efficiency of 15 private banks in China from 2017 to 2019,classified the private banks and used the Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors of operational efficiency of private banks.It was found that the operational efficiency of Internet banks ranked first,followed by traditional banks in specific regions at intermediate level,and that of quasi-Internet banks ranked the lowest.Among these influencing factors,the risk resistance ability has no significant impact on the operational efficiency of private banks at the present stage.Business innovation ability is negatively correlated with the efficiency of private banks,while profitability,capital allocation ability,internal control ability and financial technology strength are positively correlated with the operational efficiency.Therefore,in order to achieve the healthy development,private banks should keep operation based on their characteristics,enhancing management ability,enhancing internal control level and strengthening risk prevention and control.
