产业培育视角下后搬迁时代长效减贫机制研究——以昭通市靖安易地扶贫安置区为例

A Study on the Long-term Poverty Reduction Mechanism in the Post-relocation Period Based on the Perspective of Industry Cultivation——A Case Study on Jing’an Relocation Area for Poverty Alleviation of Zhaotong City

当前,全面建成小康社会的百年目标业已实现,易地扶贫搬迁工作目标进入了"稳得住""能发展"的后搬迁时代,解决好易地搬迁后续的扶持工作,成为各级政府巩固脱贫攻坚成果的重点工作,也是搬迁群众最关心的切身利益问题。以昭通市靖安移民搬迁安置点为例,从产业培育的视角,通过实践案例,分析并提出以产业培育构建设长效减贫机制的建议与对策。

Up to now,the centennial goal of building a comprehensive well-off society has been achieved in China,and the goal of relocation for poverty alleviation has entered into the post-relocation period of"stabilization"and"sustaining development".Solving the subsequent supportive work for relocation for poverty alleviation has become the key work of governments at all levels to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,and it is also the vital interest of the relocated people.Building a long-term poverty reduction mechanism of"stabilization"and"sustaining development"is the key to consolidate the task of poverty alleviation.Taking Jing’an Resettlement Site in Zhaotong City as an example,this paper analyzes the practical cases from the perspective of industrial cultivation and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the construction of long-term poverty reduction mechanism through industry cultivation.
