冶炼厂配料运输安全预警体系构建研究

Study on the construction of safety early warning system of burden transportation in smelter

我国是世界上最大的金属产品生产与消费大国,但是冶炼企业的安全隐患尤其是配料运输上的生产形势却并不乐观。因此本文基于物联网技术,建立感知、传送、运用架构胡预警系统框架,将冶炼企业中不规范的配料运输行为利用环境信息监控系统进行有效预防,从而达到线路安全有效运行并提高运输效率的结果。

China is the world's largest producer and consumer of metal products,but the potential safety hazard of smelting enterprises,especially the production situation of batching transportation,is not optimistic.Therefore,based on the Internet of things technology,this paper establishes an early warning system framework of perception,transmission and application,which can effectively prevent the non-standard batching transportation behavior in smelting enterprises by using the environmental information monitoring system,so as to achieve the safe and effective operation of the line and improve the transportation efficiency.
