铅锌硫化矿高效绿色选矿新技术研究与应用

摘要 工业对于铅锌硫化矿的需求量不断地增长,但是铅锌硫化矿选矿率却相对不高,特别是铅锌硫化矿浮选受到传统技术等方面的限制,导致大量的铅锌硫化矿无法被浮选出来,既影响到了铅锌硫化矿的浮选质量,选矿率较低,同时也无法有效满足工业上对于铅锌硫化矿的需求,铅锌硫化矿产量持续下降将会影响到工业的稳定发展。针对这种情况需要对铅锌硫化矿选矿技术进行创新,发展高效绿色的选矿新技术,通过技术创新解决铅锌硫化矿选矿难等情况。本文对铅锌硫化矿高效绿色选矿新技术的应用进行研究。 The industrial demand for lead-zinc sulfide ore is increasing,but the beneficiation rate of lead-zinc sulfide ore is relatively low,especially the flotation of lead-zinc sulfide ore is limited by traditional technology,resulting in a large number of lead-zinc sulfide ore can not be floated out,which not only affects the flotation quality of lead-zinc sulfide ore,but also has a low beneficiation rate,At the same time,it can not effectively meet the industrial demand for lead-zinc sulfide ore.The continuous decline of lead-zinc sulfide ore production will affect the stable development of industry.In view of this situation,it is necessary to innovate the beneficiation technology of lead-zinc sulfide ore,develop efficient and green new beneficiation technology,and solve the beneficiation difficulties of lead-zinc sulfide ore through technological innovation.In this paper,the application of high-efficiency green beneficiation technology for lead-zinc sulfide ore is studied.
