铝基复合材料快速成型制备工艺的改进研究

摘要 铝基复合材料作为一种金属基性质的复合性材料,已经被广泛应用于社会上的各个行业中,这也就表明社会各领域对铝基复合材料的要求变得越来越高了。在这样的情况下,想要制造出高质量、高性能的铝基复合材料,材料的制备工艺也需要进行改进。因此,对铝基复合材料快速成型制备工艺的改进进行研究。首先,围绕对内生型和外生型两种制备工艺进行分析;其次,以微波控制煅烧温度、半固半熔状态下进行塑形、机械辅助制备这三方面来对传统快速成型制备工艺进行改进研究,从而进一步完善其制备工艺。 As a kind of composite material with metal base properties,aluminum matrix composite has been widely used in various industries in the society,which indicates that the requirements of aluminum matrix composites in various fields of society are becoming higher and higher.In this case,the preparation process of aluminum matrix composites with high quality and high performance needs to be improved.Therefore,the improvement of the rapid prototyping technology of aluminum matrix composite is studied.Firstly,the two kinds of preparation processes are analyzed,which are endogenetic and exogenous.Secondly,the traditional rapid prototyping technology is improved by microwave controlled calcination temperature,semi solid and half melting,and mechanical assisted preparation,so as to further improve the preparation process.
