充填采矿法在矿山井下开采中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 充填采矿在我国采矿中有着较为悠久的历史,在2000年以前充填采矿主要应用在大型矿山开采作业中。但受资源条件限制,一些大型的便于开采的矿山,采用该方法进行开采的采矿效率较高。中小型矿山应用情况还在实践之中。有部分企业选用分层崩落法进行矿山井下开采作业,但该方法也存在一定弊端如采场采用木支护,机械化水平低,人工劳动强度大,安全性较低。为此本文主要探讨采用充填采矿法替代分层崩落法,以提高地下矿山开采的机械化、自动化水平。 Filling mining has a long history in China's mining.Before 2000,filling mining was mainly used in large-scale mining operations.However,due to the limitation of resources,the mining efficiency of this method is higher in some large mines which are easy to exploit.The application of small and medium-sized mines is still in practice.Some enterprises choose layered caving method for underground mining operation,but this method also has some disadvantages,such as adopting wood support in stope,low mechanization level,high labor intensity and low safety.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the use of filling mining method instead of sublevel caving method,in order to improve the mechanization and automation level of underground mining.
