伊犁哈萨克自治州伊宁市环境空气质量变化趋势分析

Analysis of Ambient Air Quality Trend in Yining City,Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture

根据伊宁市历年环境空气质量数据,分析伊宁市2016-2019年环境空气质量变化趋势,结合气象及污染源排放资料分析其污染形成的基本原因,提出治理对策:做好工业源治理、散煤治理和移动源污染防治,加大面源污染治理,加强秸秆综合利用,开展专项整治,加强重污染天气应急联动,为环境管理提供技术支撑。

According to the data of ambient air quality over the years in Yining City,the ambient air quality trend in Yining City from 2016 to 2019 is analyzed,the basic cause of the pollution is analyzed through the data of weather and pollution source,and countermeasures are proposed,i.e.to do well in industrial source,scattered coal and moving source pollution control,strengthen non-point source pollution control,promote straw comprehensive utilization,develop special project,reinforce heavy pollution weather emergency linkage,in order to propose technological support for environment management.
