Promoting Urban Renewal by Collaborative Innovation in Supply Chain——A Case Study of Xingfu Forest Belt

国家十四五规划提出,要全面提升城市品质,转变城市发展方式,加快推进城市更新.幸福林带是西安市"一五"期间建设的军工城幸福路区域内首先落地的城市更新项目.通过4年实践,幸福林带项目总结出了"产业链协同创新"的先进经验,实行项目研发、投资、设计、施工、运营环节的动态优化与有机整合,达到项目总体效果最优.项目正式开放后,将实现对城市经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明5个方面的显著引领,成为落实国家"五位一体"总体布局的重要建设项目,为国家城市更新提供了典型案例.

The 14th Five Year Plan aims to improve the urban quality of life,transform urban development patterns,and accelerate urban renewal.Xingfu Forest Belt Project was the first urban renewal project located in Xingfu Road military community during the period covered by the 1st Five Year Plan.The past four years witness its successful launching and landing in that collaborative innovation in supply chain brings about fruitful results,with research,investment,engineering,construction,and operation being dynamically optimized and integrated.After entering the operation stage,this project is a successful pilot project for urban renewal,and will become a significant demonstrative project for carrying out the“Five-in-One”policy,and will ultimately pioneer in urban economic,political,cultural,social development and ecological civilization.
