摘要
随着短视频的快速崛起,信息传播速度加快,内容和形式更加丰富,政务短视频作为一种新型的政务新媒体突出重围,为政府管理提供了便捷。然而日趋活跃的网络舆情成为当下社会管理的重大难题,对政府有效引导网络舆情提出了考验。从政务短视频的实用性角度出发,梳理网络舆情的演化阶段,探究短视频时代进行网络舆情引导的困境,并充分利用大数据技术提出有针对性的应对策略,提高政府的公信力和领导力。
With the rapid rise of micro-video,the speed of information dissemination has been accelerated,and the content and form of information have in turn become more abundant.As a new type of government media,government micro-videos have broken various barriers and have been providing convenience for government management.However,the increasingly active Internet public opinion has become a major problem in current social management,which has posed a test to the government's capacity to effectively guide the Internet public opinion.This paper will start from the practicality of micro-video,sort out the evolutionary stage of online public opinion,explore the plight of online public opinion guidance,and make full use of big data technology to propose targeted countermeasures for the improvement of government credibility and leadership force.
