The Ideological Source,Value Implication and Practical Connotation of"Modernization of Harmonious Coexistence of Human and Nature"

党的十九届五中全会将"人与自然和谐共生现代化"作为推进社会主义现代化国家建设的重要战略举措,实现了协和人与自然关系和建设社会主义现代化的实践融合。马克思恩格斯揭示了传统现代化的历史必然性和发展局限性的统一,鉴于此阐发了以生产实践实现自然生产力和社会生产力的统一。前提是以自然为基础的价值关怀,根本是以人民为中心的价值情怀,方向是以人类为目标的价值胸怀,从而彰显其丰富的价值涵蕴。其现实意蕴在于"守护好——发展好——巩固好"这一交叉渗透、交互作用、交融持续的结构性方法论,致力于教育引导、制度保障、实践养成,摒弃传统发展理念上的人与自然二元性对立思维,推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型,实现人与自然和谐共生。

Since the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,the"modernization of harmonious coexistence of human and nature"has been regarded as an important strategic measure to promote the construction of a modernized socialist country,and the practical integration of harmonizing the relationship between man and nature and building socialist modernization has been realized.Marx and Engels revealed the unity of the historical inevitability and development limitation of traditional modernization and in view of this,explicated the unification of natural productivity and social through the practice of production.Its prerequisite is that the value concern based on nature,its foundation is people-centered value feelings,and its orientation is the value bosom aiming at people.Its practical implication lies in the structural methodology of reciprocal penetration,interaction and integration,namely,"protecting well,developing well,consolidating well"and it is committed to education guidance,institutional guarantee and practice cultivation,so as to abandon the dualistic opposition between man and nature in the traditional concept of development,promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development,and realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
