Optimization of Die-Casting Process for Lower Cylinder Block Based onOrthogonal Test and Numerical Simulation

摘要 分析了某发动机下缸体压铸件结构特点、技术难点,进行了铸造工艺设计、试生产及缺陷分析。依据有关铝合金凝固理论,借助正交试验以及数值模拟分析方法,优化了浇注工艺参数,解决了该铸件泄漏缺陷。结果表明,浇注温度665℃、模具温度195℃、冷却水流量3 L/min为最优工艺参数。 The structural characteristics of the die cast lower cylinder block and its technical difficulties were analyzed.Casting process design,trial production and defects analysis were carried out.According to the solidification theory of aluminum alloy,the process parameters were optimized by means of orthogonal test and numerical simulation,and the leakage defects of the casting were eliminated.The results show that the optimum pouring process parameters are the pouring temperature 665℃,the mold temperature 195℃and the cooling water flow 3 L/min.
