摘要
建筑设计是项目建设的重要基础,完善设计方案是优化建筑建设质量的有效措施。BIM技术在建筑工程领域的应用可以全面呈现建筑工程设计效果,更好地满足广大住户的需求。论文在BIM技术概念的基础上,阐述其基础功能,包括三维立体化、采集和处理功能等,较为详细地介绍了其在建筑工程实践中的应用情况,包括设计前期、方案设计、施工优化与管理等方面,并分析以上过程的设计要点、注意事项等,希望在BIM技术的协助下,可以整体优化工程设计效果,提升建筑施工质量,延长建筑的使用寿命。
Architectural design is an important foundation of project construction,and improving the design scheme is an effective measure to optimize the quality of construction.The application of BIM technology in architectural field can fully present the design effect of architectural engineering and better meet the needs of the majority of residents.Based on the concept of BIM technology,this paper describes its basic functions,including three-dimensional,collection and processing functions,etc.,introduces its application in construction engineering practice in detail,including pre-design,scheme design,construction optimization and management,etc.,and analyzes the design points and matters for attention in the above process.It is hoped that with the assistance of BIM technology,the overall engineering design effect can be optimized,the construction quality can be improved,and the service life of the building can be extended.
