摘要 在我国交通建设的新时期,大型钢结桥梁凭借其结构轻便、跨越能力强、生产周期短等优势在桥梁工程中得到了广泛应用。但在具体实践中,钢结构桥梁对于防腐涂装的要求较高,因此,需要引起充分重视并进一步加强防腐涂装工艺的质量控制。论文主要分析了大型钢结构桥梁工程腐蚀防护的涂装工艺及质量控制方法,详细介绍了涂装工艺、防腐涂装工艺的质量控制要求以及相关的工艺规范与质量控制措施。 In the new period of transportation construction in China,large steel bridge has been widely used in bridge engineering due to its advantages such as light structure,strong span capacity and short production cycle.However,in practice,steel bridge has higher requirements for anticorrosive coating,so it is necessary to pay more attention to and further strengthen the quality control of anticorrosive coating process.This paper mainly analyzes the painting process and quality control method of corrosion protection of large steel structure bridge engineering,and introduces in detail the quality control requirements of the painting process,anti-corrosion painting process and related process specifications and quality control measures.
