关键节点施工前条件核查的重要意义及推广应用

我国城市轨道交通已进入大规模建设时期,面对更深、更大、更难、更新的地铁工程,需要通过关键节点施工前条件核查对施工风险采取预控措施,以此保证工程施工的安全质量。论文对《北京市城市轨道交通建设工程关键节点施工前条件核查管理办法》(京建法[2018]1号)进行解读,并结合该文件在北京地铁27号线二期工程西土城站的应用,阐述了关键节点施工前条件核查在地铁施工中的重要意义,总结出关键节点施工前条件核查对地铁施工乃至对全国各大城市的大型基础设施建设工程起到有力的推动和借鉴作用。

China’s urban rail transit has entered a period of large-scale construction,in the face of deeper,bigger,harder,newer subway project,?it is necessary to take pre-control measures for the construction risks through the pre-construction condition check of key nodes,so as to ensure the safety and quality of the construction.The paper makes a interpretation of Measures of Beijing Municipality for the Administration of the Examination of the Conditions Before Construction of Key Nodes of Urban Rail Transit Construction Project the JJF[2018]No.1,and Combined with the application of this document in Xitucheng Station of Phase II of Beijing Metro Line 27,the significance of pre-construction condition check of key nodes in subway construction is expounded.It concludes that the pre-construction conditions verification of key nodes plays a powerful role in promoting the subway construction and even the large-scale infrastructure construction projects in the major cities of the country as a role.
