水利工程施工成本管理研究

Research on Construction Cost Management of Water Conservancy Engineering

加强企业对项目的成本控制,能够有效地提高企业的竞争力、改善企业管理水平、提升工程质量。水利工程项目相对于普通的建筑工程,施工条件更为复杂艰难,会受到水文、气象、地形等多方面因素的干扰,因而选择最优的施工方案和合理的成本控制模式具有十分钟重要意义。目前,水利工程项目在成本控制方面还存在诸多问题。为此,论文阐述了工程项目施工成本控制的理论,分析了成本控制的主要问题,并提出了水利工程施工项目成本控制的措施。

Strengthening the cost control of the enterprise on the project can effectively improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,improve the management level of the enterprise,and improve the quality of the project.Compared with ordinary construction projects,water conservancy projects have more complicated and difficult construction conditions and will be interfered by hydrology,meteorology,terrain and other factors.Therefore,choosing the best construction plan and reasonable cost control mode is of great significance.However,there are still many problems in the cost control of water conservancy projects during the re-construction process.For this,this article expounds the theory of project construction cost control,analyzes the main problems of cost control,and puts forward measures for cost control of water conservancy project construction projects.
