摘要
近年来,我国社会经济得到了迅速发展,工程项目的施工数量与施工规模进一步增大,越来越多的施工企业开始应用EPC总承包模式进行工程施工,这就对施工成本管理工作提出了更高的要求。因此,建筑企业要加强对总承包项目的成本管理工作,减少成本风险发生的可能性,保障工程项目的顺利开展。论文主要就EPC工程总承包项目成本风险管理工作进行探究分析。
In recent years,China’s development of social and economic has been very rapid,the number of construction projects and the scale of construction has further increased,more and more construction enterprises have begun to apply the EPC general contracting mode for engineering construction,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction cost management.Therefore,construction enterprises should also strengthen the cost management of EPC project,reduce the possibility of cost risk,and ensure the smooth development of the project.This paper mainly explores and analyzes the cost risk management of EPC project.
