基于空间句法的福州南台岛公园绿地可达性研究

Research on Park Green Space Accessibility of Nantai Island in Fuzhou City,China,Based on Space Syntax

基于空间句法理论,建立线段模型进行句法计算,并基于POI大数据对模型进行校验,从全局可达性、局部可达性、感知可达性、心理可达性4个维度对南台岛公园绿地可达性进行综合性评价,并提出完善道路、合理增绿和品质提升3方面的公园绿地可达性优化策略。结果表明:1)南台岛公园绿地全局可达性、局部可达性和心理可达性水平一般,而感知可达性总体可理解度值低于0.5,感知可达性较差;2)南台岛公园绿地布局不合理、区域发展不协调,公园绿地的布局形式与道路全局、局部可达性以及区域人口密度存在一定的空间“错位”;3)公园绿地规模与心理可达性存在差异,在后期建设中应注重公园绿地规模、品质建设;4)优化后南台岛全局和局部可达性提升为原来的2倍,感知和心理可达性也皆有提升。

Based on the theory of space syntax,a line segment model is established for syntactic calculation.Then the POI data are used to check the model.The accessibility of park green space in Nantai Island is comprehensively evaluated from the four dimensions:global accessibility,local accessibility,perceived accessibility and psychological accessibility.Finally,the optimization strategies of park green space accessibility are put forward from three aspects:road improvement,reasonable greening and quality improvement.The results show that:1)the global accessibility,local accessibility and psychological accessibility of Nantai Island park green space are average,while the overall intelligibility of perceived accessibility is lower than 0.5,and the perceived accessibility is poor.2)The layout of the park green space in Nantai Island is unreasonable and the regional development is not coordinated.The layout of the park green space has certain spatial“dislocation”with the overall road,local accessibility and regional population density.3)There are differences between the scale of park green space and the psychological accessibility,so the scale and quality of park green space should be paid attention to in later construction.4)After optimization,the global and local accessibility of Nantai Island are increased by 2 times,and the perception and psychological accessibility are also improved.
