The modern wars are quickly transitioning to information-based wars so that the intelligent wars are emerging.The intelligent combat system has become the main force form of intelligent wars,giving birth to new combat styles,such as self-adaptive combat,cluster attrition combat,synchronous parallel combat.The"intelligent dominance"has become a new high ground for war supremacy.In the future,the intelligent wars will present the trend of accelerated evolution by stages,the development of intelligent science and technology will determine the direction of intelligent wars,the contradiction law of war will undergo profound changes,and the war ethics and legal regulation will continue to strengthen.To meet the challenge of intelligent wars,this article proposes to actively design intelligent wars,accelerate the development of intelligent equipment,shape the intelligent organizational form,and strengthen intelligent strategic management.
