Multi-Border War:The Possible Form of Future War

随着全球化和信息化的发展,尤其是生产链条的国际化,各国都失去了对生产链条的全过程控制权,也因此失去了对战争资源的垄断权。这使得在科技、经济、政治和军事领域的全面对抗式的冷战变得日益不可能。在这种情况下,人类战争,尤其是大国间战争,从冷战加代理人战争模式,向多边疆战争的方向发展。多边疆战争具有多领域、多主体、多形态和多结果等特征。大国间战争不再局限于一时、一地、一领域的得失,而是变成复杂互动、结果不一的多重、多样的战争型博弈。这要求各国在总体战略设计的前提下,在不同领域有不同的应对方式,对很多国家的政治制度和战略体系都构成了挑战。

With the development of globalization and information technology,especially the internationalization of production chain,all countries have lost the control over the whole process of production chain,and thus lost the monopoly power on war resources.This makes it increasingly impossible for a comprehensive,confrontational cold war in the fields of science and technology,economy,politics and military.In this case,the human war,especially the war between great powers,has developed from the cold war plus agent war mode to the multi-border war.Multi-border war has many characteristics,such as multiple fields,multiple participants,multiple forms and multiple results.The war between great powers is no longer limited to the gains or losses at a certain time,in one place or in certain areas,but becomes a multi-level and diverse war game with complex interactions and different results.This requires that countries should have different ways to deal with it in different fields under the premise of overall strategic design,which poses challenges to the political and strategic systems of many countries.
