The relationship between war and peace is one of the fundamental issues of human civilization,because it concerns the survival and development of human beings and the future of civilization.With the rapid development of human science and technology,the possibility and power of war are becoming more and more dangerous and difficult to measure,which brings infinite variables to the permanent peace in the intelligent era.However,it is human nature and destiny to love peace and pursue a better life.Without permanent peace,there will be no future for the earth and mankind.In order to promote the cause of peace,the world needs to use ethics to manage technology and stop war with peace through the paradigm of the human community with a shared destiny.In this regard,peace has both the attribute of meaning and the attribute of tools.As a peaceful country and civilized state with a long history,China has made great achievements in its peace philosophy and practice today.
