精神分裂症阴性症状患者采用无抽搐电休克治疗的效果评估

Evaluation of the effect of modified electroconvulsive therapy in patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia

目的探讨精神分裂症阴性症状患者采用无抽搐电休克治疗的效果。方法98例精神分裂症阴性症状患者,经计算机数字抽样法分为研究组与对照组,各49例。对照组患者采用奥氮平治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上施加无抽搐电休克治疗。对比两组患者的韦氏记忆量表(WMS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者的图片、背数、联想、再认因子评分分别为(7.26±2.19)、(6.81±2.62)、(5.26±1.57)、(6.62±1.97)分,明显高于对照组的(5.64±2.11)、(4.64±1.66)、(3.64±1.06)、(4.82±1.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4、12周后,研究组患者的SANS评分分别为(17.36±1.61)、(14.28±1.84)分,明显低于对照组的(21.34±2.64)、(18.36±2.64)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将无抽搐电休克治疗方式应用于精神分裂症阴性症状患者的治疗当中,对患者的短时记忆造成的影响较小,通常患者能够在治疗结束后1~2周内恢复;同时能够降低患者的SANS评分,缓解患者的临床症状,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of modified electroconvulsive therapy in patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 98 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia were divided into research group and control group according to computer digital sampling method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the research group was treated with modified electroconvulsive therapy based on the control group.The Wechsler memory scale(WMS)score and scale for assessment of negative symptoms(SANS)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the picture,back number,association,recognition factor score of the research group were(7.26±2.19),(6.81±2.62),(5.26±1.57)and(6.62±1.97)points,which were obviously higher than(5.64±2.11),(4.64±1.66),(3.64±1.06)and(4.82±1.56)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the SANS score of the research group were(17.36±1.61)and(14.28±1.84)points,which were obviously lower than(21.34±2.64)and(18.36±2.64)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of modified electroconvulsive therapy has less impact on the short-term memory of patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Generally,the patients can recover within 1-2 weeks after the end of treatment;at the same time,it can reduce the SANS score of patients and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
