强脉冲光联合松油醇湿巾治疗蠕形螨睑缘炎的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with terpineol wipes on demodex blepharitis

目的观察强脉冲光(IPL)联合松油醇湿巾治疗蠕形螨睑缘炎的临床疗效。方法120例(187只眼)蠕形螨睑缘炎患者,随机分为对照组(89只眼)和观察组(98只眼),各60例。对照组患者仅给予眼药水进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予强脉冲光联合松油醇湿巾进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为75.0%,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%;观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合松油醇湿巾治疗蠕形螨睑缘炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with terpineol wipes on demodex blepharitis.Methods A total of 120 patients(187 involved eyes)with demodex blepharitis were randomly divided into control group(89 involved eyes)and observation group(98 involved eyes),with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eye drops,and the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light combined with terpineol wipes based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.0%,which was 95.0%of the observation group;the total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of intense pulsed light and terpineol wipes has significant efficacy on demodex blepharitis,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
