基于云模型的高速铁路绿色施工等级评价——以西南地区为例

Evaluation of green construction grade of high-speed railway based on cloud model--Take Southwest China as an example

针对高速铁路绿色施工评价过程中决策信息的模糊性和不确定性等问题,提出一种结合云模型和模糊综合评判的铁路绿色施工评估方法。以水土流失防治、资源节约和环境保护3个方面共17项指标建立评价指标体系;采用不确定层次分析法和集对理论得到权重值;而后建立各评价指标的标准云,采用逆向云生成器将专家估算数据转化为评价云,通过云相似度算法测算标准云与评价云的相似度并建立相似度矩阵,用相似度矩阵改进模糊评判矩阵,再结合权重获得最终评价结果。最后,通过实例验证了该评价模型的适用性和可行性。研究结果表明:模型可以确定项目及各指标的绿色施工等级,并可为今后绿色施工等级提高策略的制定提供数据支持。

In view of the fuzziness and uncertainty of decision-making information in the process of green construction evaluation of high-speed railway,an evaluation method of railway green construction based on cloud model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed.The evaluation index system was established with 17 indices in three aspects of soil erosion control,resource conservation and environmental protection.The weight value was obtained by using uncertain analytic hierarchy process and set pair theory;then,the standard cloud of each evaluation index was established,and the reverse cloud generator was used to transform the expert estimation data into evaluation cloud.The similarity between standard cloud and evaluation cloud was calculated by cloud similarity algorithm,and the similarity matrix was established.The fuzzy evaluation matrix was improved by similarity matrix,and the final evaluation result was obtained by combining weight.Finally,an example was given to verify the applicability and feasibility of the evaluation model.The results show that the model can determine the green construction level of the project and each index and can provide data support for the formulation of the strategy to improve the green construction level in the future.
